Bihar CM Nitish Kumar announced relief package due to Coronavirus outbreak


Bihar: In Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a review meeting on the coronavirus infection on Monday. After this meeting, a relief package for the people of Bihar has been announced. Bihar government is going to give one month’s grain-free to all ration cardholders in the state. Apart from this, all the pensioners of the state will be paid three months in advance.


The Bihar government has also announced 1000/- rupees per family to all ration cardholders in the lockdown areas. This amount will be directly transferred to their account through DBT. Apart from this, the scholarship will be given before 1st class to 12th class child before 31 March. Besides, the additional basic salary of one month will be given to health workers as incentive money.

15 districts of Haryana will be locked

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said that seven districts of the state were locked down yesterday where a positive case of Corona was found. In this episode, today we decided that from tomorrow morning, the other 15 districts of Haryana will also be locked down.

Odisha government also decided to lockdown

The Odisha government has also decided to implement the lockdown in Puri, Nayagarh, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, Dhenkanal, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda districts. The lockdown will be applicable in these districts from 7 am on March 24 to 9 am on March 29.
