New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday authorized the release of Rs 11,092 crore to all states under the State Disaster Risk Management Fund (SDRMF) for organizing quarantine services and arranging different services for dealing with the outbreak of coronavirus.

The Home Ministry stated the fund has been authorized following the reassurance given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to chief ministers throughout his video convention on Thursday.
