Coronavirus: 15 new cases reported today, Covid-19 infected patients reached to 166 in India


New Delhi: Coronavirus is spreading very fast in the country. 15 new cases of deadly coronavirus have been reported in India today. With this, the number of patients infected with this virus has reached 166 in the country. These people include 141 indigenous and 25 foreigners. The maximum number of 45 people in Maharashtra are infected with this deadly virus. Today a new case has also emerged in Chandigarh. Covid-19 is currently on the second stage in the country.


How many infected in which state – know the latest data

According to the Health Ministry website, there are now 18 states of the country in the grip of coronavirus. A new case has emerged in Puducherry and Chandigarh. Maharashtra has the highest number of 42 patients of this deadly virus, including three foreigners. After this, there are 27 infected people in Kerala.

Two of these patients are foreigners. Apart from these two states, 17 (one foreigner) in Uttar Pradesh, 17 (14 foreigner) in Haryana, 14 in Karnataka, 12 in Delhi, (one foreigner), 8 in Ladakh, 6 in Telangana (two foreigners) seven in Rajasthan ( Two foreigners), four in Jammu and Kashmir, two in Tamil Nadu, one each in Odisha, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengal.

How many people have died so far?

So far, three deaths have occurred in the country due to Coronavirus infection. Yesterday a 64-year-old man died in Mumbai who had returned from Dubai. Earlier, on March 13, a 76-year-old man from Kalburgi in Karnataka was killed who returned from Saudi Arabia. At the same time, a 68-year-old woman from Delhi, infected with the Coronavirus, died on March 17 at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.

Three members of the same family in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan are Coronavirus infected

In Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, three members of the same family have been found to be corona positive. The state health department has immediately sent a team of 350 doctors to Jhunjhunu. This team will screen within five kilometers of this area. With this, the operation of buses has been stopped in Jhunjhunu at present. So far, seven cases of corona have been reported in Rajasthan, out of which three have become negative.
