Coronavirus Outbreak: Google employee infected with Covid19 in Bangalore, recently traveled to Greece


Coronavirus Outbreak: A Google employee has been found infected with the Coronavirus (Covid-19) in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. It is being told that the person had recently visited Greece. Google has stated that the infected worker is staying isolated and we have asked his colleagues in close contact to separate themselves and monitor their health.


The media bulletin of the Health Department states that a 26-year-old patient living in Mumbai has been admitted to the isolation ward of a hospital and his condition is stable. People who come in contact with him have been detected and no symptoms have been seen in them.”

The infected man arrived in Mumbai from Greece on March 6 and flew to Bangalore on March 8. He came to the office on March 9 where he spoke to four of his close friends and returned home within a few hours. Sources said, “He was hospitalized the same day. He has a brother living with him in Bengaluru. Parents and wife are in Mumbai. “In Karnataka, the number of coronavirus cases has reached six. A 76-year-old man from Kalaburgi, Karnataka died on Tuesday night from Coronavirus.


Of the 84 people infected with the Coronavirus, 17 are foreign nationals. Of these 16 are from Italy and one is a citizen of Canada. These figures also include three patients from Kerala who were discharged from the hospital last month after recovering.

Delhi has reported 6 cases of coronavirus, while 10 have been reported in Uttar Pradesh, 4 in Karnataka, 11 in Maharashtra and three in Ladakh. One case each has been reported in Rajasthan, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Andhra Pradesh.
