Of the 117 new cases of coronavirus reported in Maharashtra today, 66 in Mumbai and 44 in Pune are corona positive. At the same time, five more people were found infected with the Coronavirus in Mumbai’s slum area Dharavi, taking the total number of infected people to 60. A senior official of the civic body gave this information on Wednesday.

All the new patients are from Mukund Nagar area of ​​Dharavi, including three men and two women. An official of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation said, “People coming in contact with new patients have been traced. So far seven COVID-19 patients from Dharavi have died. The virus has claimed 24 lives since Tuesday evening, of which 18 people are from Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi and two each from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
