Delhi Assembly Election 2020: Instruction to Delhi Police to register FIR against Kapil Mishra. BJP candidate Kapil Mishra seems to be getting into trouble due to the tweet for the Hindustan-Pakistan contest during the Delhi Assembly election 2020. PTI has quoted sources as saying that the Election Commission has given FIR instructions against them.

The Election Officer has directed the Delhi Police to register an FIR against BJP candidate Kapil Mishra for his India vs Pak tweet.

Explain that Kapil Mishra had tweeted that on February 8, India-Pakistan will compete on the streets of Delhi. His tweet created a fierce political struggle and the matter reached the Election Commission.

Let us know that his tweet has been retweeted more than eight and a half thousand times, while more than 34 thousand people have liked it.

On Friday morning, the Election Commission asked the Chief Election Officer of Delhi to reply to BJP leader Kapil Mishra’s tweet. The returning officer then issued a notice to Kapil Mishra.

Shortly after the notice was issued, Kapil once again came on Twitter and wrote – ‘I’m not afraid to speak the truth, I am adamant on the truth’.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi has requested the Election Commission to start the process of deleting Kapil Mishra’s tweet. The Election Commission has asked Twitter to delete Kapil Mishra’s tweet.
