Delhi Election 2020: BJP alliance with JDU and LJP in the upcoming Delhi Assembly Election 2020. The BJP has also formed an alliance for the Delhi Assembly Elections. Announcing the seat-sharing, BJP state president Manoj Tiwari said that we have decided to give three seats to our allies. Of the 13 seats for which the candidates have not been announced, BJP will contest 10 of the seats, while the remaining three will go to the account of allies.


Manoj Tiwari said that JDU will contest two seats and LJP on one seat. The candidates for these 13 seats will be announced soon.

However, it is not yet clear which seat will go to whose account. Till now, BJP has not declared a candidate for the New Delhi Assembly seat. In such a situation, it is also a matter of doubt whether the BJP will field its candidate from New Delhi seat or resort to any allies. It is known that BJP has already declared its candidates in 57 seats. The candidates for 13 seats are yet to be announced.

The last date for the nomination of candidates is Tuesday i.e. tomorrow. The nomination has less than 24 hours to go, but the BJP has not announced candidates for 13 seats so far. At the same time, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal could not make his nomination today due to the crowd.

At the same time, M. Sirsa of Shiromani Akali Dal said – Akali Dal and BJP have an old relationship, but after clearing Sukhbir Badal’s stand on CAA, BJP leadership wanted him to reconsider his stand. In such a situation we have decided that instead of standing in this election we should stick to our stand.
