ICC ODI Ranking: Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jt Bumrah are top in the ICC Ranking, Sikhar Dhawan moves up in this ranking. Indian captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma strengthened their hold on the first two places in the batting table of the ICC ODI rankings released on Monday while Jasprit Bumrah retained the top position in the bowlers’ list.

After a brilliant performance in the recently concluded series against Australia, Kohli strengthened the number one and Rohit’s number two. India won the series 2–1. Kohli scored 183 runs in the three-match series against Australia, while Rohit scored 171 runs. Rohit scored 119 runs in the third ODI in Bengaluru.

According to the ICC statement, Virat Kohli has 886 points and Rohit Sharma has 868 points. They got two and three rating points respectively. Babar Azam of Pakistan is third with 829 points. Left-handed opener Shikhar Dhawan scored 170 runs in two innings and moved up seven places to 15th.

He was unable to bat in the third ODI due to a shoulder injury. KL Rahul, who started his innings, scored a total of 146 runs in three matches and climbed 21 places to reach the 50th position.

Jasprit Bumrah, who recovered from injury, topped the list of bowlers with 764 points. He is followed by New Zealand’s left-arm fast bowler Trent Boult and Afghanistan’s Mujibur Rehman. Kagiso Rabada of South Africa and Pat Cummins of Australia are the other bowlers in the top five.

Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has moved two places to 27th position in the ICC ODI Ranking. He took four wickets in the series. Jadeja also scored 45 runs, making him four places ahead of number ten in the all-rounders’ list. Australia’s Steve Smith scored 229 runs in the series, including 131 in the final one-day. This gave him the advantage of four places and he has reached number 23.

David Warner also moved up one place to sixth while captain Aaron Finch moved up to the tenth place. Wicketkeeper Alex Carey has gained two places to take the 31st position. Leg-spinner Adam Jampa took five wickets in the series, taking him 20 places to 37th, while Kane Richardson moved up from 77th to 65th.
