Kangana Ranaut donates Rs 25 lakhs to the PM CARES fund, sister Rangoli Chandel shares the information


Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has donated 25 lakh rupees to the battle against Coronavirus in PM Cares Fund. This information was given by his manager and sister Rangoli Chandel on Twitter. Apart from this, she has also told that Kangana is also arranging food for the families of daily wage workers, who have been in trouble due to this coronavirus epidemic.


Rangoli Chandel tweeted, “Kangana Ranaut has also contributed Rs 25 lakhs to the PM Cares Fund and donated the ration for daily wage laborers. We should come together and do whatever we can.” She also thanked PM Narendra Modi and PMO in a tweet on behalf of her family.

The special thing is that not only Kangana Ranaut but also her mother Asha Ranaut has donated her one month pension to the PM Cares Fund. Apart from her, Rangoli also shared a screenshot of the contribution made by her husband Ajay Chandel and brother Akshat Ranaut.

Rangoli also revealed why Kangana did not rush to announce her contribution. She wrote, “Many were asking why Kangana did not declare early. She wanted to transfer the amount first and then announced. She does not believe in taking a pledge. Well, I just want to say that 100 rupees also important, please donate.”

Let me tell you that even before Kangana Ranaut, many stars have contributed to the PM Cares Fund. Actors Ajay and Rohit Shetty have donated Rs 51-51 lakh to FWICE. Bollywood actor Salman Khan recently asked for bank account numbers of 25000 workers from FWICE to send money directly to their account. Apart from this, Akshay Kumar has donated 25 crores to PM Cares Fund. Not only this, stars like Varun Dhawan, Vicky Kaushal, Karthik Aryan have also contributed to PM Cares.
