PM Narendra Modi to do ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on Sunday morning at 11 am amid lockdown


New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to address the countrymen once again amid the lockdown caused by Coronavirus across the country. PM Modi’s address will be through his radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat‘ which takes place on the last Sunday of every month. On Sunday morning, 11 PM Modi will talk about the mind.


Coronavirus cases are increasing in the country. Although Lockdown has controlled this to a large extent. Lockdown is in force till May 3 in the country. In such a situation, the Prime Minister can once again put his views before the people on the issue of coronavirus and lockdown.

This will be the fourth edition of the Prime Minister and the 64th edition of Mann Ki Baat. Earlier, PM Modi had said in a tweet on April 12 that this month’s Mann Ki Baat will be on 26th. For this, PM Modi had asked for suggestions. The PM wrote, ‘What are your suggestions? To record your message, dial 1800-11-7800 or write on MyGov and NaMo app.

Covid-19 cases in the country

Coronavirus figures in India have increased to 24942. Of this, there are 18953 active cases and 5210 people have recovered after treatment. So far 779 people have died due to this virus in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1490 new cases have surfaced and 56 people have died. However, in the last 24 hours (from 8 am Friday to 8 am Saturday), the lowest number of cases have been reported. The rate of increase in patients has come down to 6 percent.
