T20 Series: The Asia XI and World XI teams were announced for the two-match T20 series to be organized by the Bangladesh Cricket Board. The names of the players were also revealed on Tuesday, announcing both the teams.
The BCB will host a T20 tournament between World XI and Asia XI in Mirpur on the occasion of the birth centenary of its founder Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, in which renowned and select players from around the world will participate.
This T20 tournament will be played between 18-21 March at the Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium. While in Asia XI, star players like Virat will be seen playing, a dangerous batsman like Chris Gayle in World XI.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board will host two T20 matches between Asia XI and World XI in March 2020. The event will be held on the occasion of the birth centenary of Bangladesh founder Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
The Asia XI team has currently been announced for these two T20 matches to be played from 18-21 March at Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. Six players from India have been included in this team. In this, KL Rahul and Virat will participate in only one match, while Virat’s play will be decided based on their availability.
