If you feel that your BPM is above 120 or below 40 for several days, then you should see your doctor immediately, however, if your BPM remains in the middle then it is normal for you.

If you are unable to find out, then press a little firmly and rotate your finger lightly.

Redness and pain on the tongue.

In most cases, vitamin B12 deficiency can be corrected through injections or medications. Supplements are usually given after the injection.
