Yes Bank to give Rs 10 crore in PM Cares fund, said- We support PM in the war against COVID-19


Mumbai: Private sector Yes Bank said on Saturday that it will contribute Rs 10 crore to the PM Cares fund to help in efforts to prevent coronavirus infection. The bank said in a statement, “Yes Bank supports the Prime Minister’s call to overcome the challenges caused by COVID-19. In view of this, a contribution of Rs 10 crore will be made in the PM Cares Fund.”


Pune-based IT company Persistent Systems has also announced a grant of Rs 25 crore to the fund. Multiplex operator Inox also said that it would give Rs 5 crore to the PM Cares fund.

Lilavati also wanted to give the check of this donation to the administration with her own hands. Later, ADM City RD himself heard the request of the elderly woman.

Meena and Deputy Director of Information Public Relations Department Hariom Gurjar arrived at her residence in the cantonment and received the check from them. During this time, the administration of Kota also appreciated the spirit of Lilavati Jain and called upon the people to take inspiration from it.
